All our drivers are required to be licensed by the Westchester TLC and Yonkers Hack Unit. Their vehicles must also have a WCTLC permit and be inspected by Yonkers Hack Unit. To obtain these licenses and permits you must have a NY state Class E driver's license and valid taxi or livery car insurance.
